Policies

Deposit: What is your damage policy?
A refundable damage deposit of $250 will be due 30 days prior to entry date. We trust you will care for our home. To date, all of our guests have been refunded their damage deposit in full. In the unlikely event that you damage the property, costs will be deducted from the $250. We will contact you if we have further concerns.

Check In: You can move in after 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. You will not need to meet me to check in, as we will assign you a house code for our keyless entry system.

Check Out: You must check out by 11:00 am the day of your departure.

Children: We love children and find that most of our house guests are family groups.

Pets: We cannot allow pets, however we will help you find the best in kennel care.
