large sitting room with natural stone fireplace where guests can relax in front of a roaring log fire.
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with couches, armchairs,
TV and VCR each has its own bathroom and outside deck, table and chairs are on the deck to enjoy watching the wild life during the cool summer evenings.

A non -refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at time of booking
For any break of four nights or more
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at time of booking. Balance of payment must be made or will be taken seven days before arrival and becomes non-refundable.
Holiday Reservations - Including all dates during the following holidays
Christmas, New Year, Easter, Spring Break, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving,
Ride The Rockies and Parelli Conference.
Payment is due at time of reservation and is 100% non-refundable.
