To make a reservation, call 719-395-2120 or email reservations@ghosttownguesthouse.com. All reservations will be confirmed electronically or in the mail.

A deposit equaling one-night's room rate or 50 percent of the entire stay (whichever is greater) is due at time of booking. Payment may be made by personal check (accepted only if full amount is received one month prior to arrival date), Traveler's check, crdit or debit card or in cash.

Balance is due upon arrival, payable in cash or credit card only. No personal checks at check-in. If booked for a holiday or local event, payment in full is due at time of booking. Check In:

Check-in is between 4 and 6 p.m.
Late arrivals must be prearranged. We are unable to accommodate early arrivals.

Check-out is 11 a.m.

Children 10 and older are welcomed

Pets:

Pets are not allowed. Because some of our guests are allergic to animals, we do not allow pets.
