Aspen Leaf Property Rentals

Deposit:

A Damage/Reservation Deposit in the amount of $250 is required upon making the reservation and will be converted to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure so long as the following conditions are met:
a. No Smoking inside unit.
b.No Pets permitted on premises under any conditions.
c.No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
d.No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
e.All Debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in garbage can, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
f.All keys are returned to the Office and the unit is left locked.
g.All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
i.Additional Charges will be charged to the Guest and taken out of the refundable security deposit such as long distance telephone calls, delivery services to the property, satellite movie rental or pay-per-view services, and any damages beyond general wear and tear.
h. No linens are lost or damaged.

Check In:

Check in time is after 3 pm and the keys to the rental can be picked up at the RE/MAX Aspen Leaf Realty office which is located at 711 Harrison Ave. Unit 1A. If arrival is after business hours, the key will be located in an envelope with the guests name in the mailbox located outside of the office.

Check Out:

Check out is by 11 am and the keys can be dropped off at the same office. If Checking out sometime after business hours, keys may be placed in the mailbox located outside of the office.

Children:

Children are always welcome!

Pets:

No pets are permitted unless prior authorization was given. If there is any evidence that a guest has brought a pet, a $500 penalty fee will be assessed and if still occupying the property, the guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
