Alpine Vacation Rentals

General: We provide linens, towels, cooking utensils and a limited amount of supplies such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. It will be your responsibility to purchase any additional supplies you may need. Please use the dumpster available in the back of our office parking lot for depositing your trash. The smaller key on your key ring allows access to this service. A fee will be taken from the cleaning deposit if trash is left behind in the house, yard or garage. We also provide daily housecleaning for an extra charge.

Deposit: At time of reservation you will be charged a $200 refundable deposit. 10 days after booking you will be charged 50% of the balance due. 30 days prior to arrival the other remaining balance will be charged. In most cases we refund your $200 deposit. However, we will apply charges against the cleaning/damage deposit for the following:
MOVING FURNITURE - If you move the furniture, we will charge a fee to move it back to the owners placement. CLEANING KITCHENS - We offer you a clean kitchen and we expect that in return. A fee will be charged if we have to clean dirty (or hidden) dishes/pots/pans/utensils and appliances.
LINENS - a cleaning charge will be assessed if the amount of linens used exceeds normal needs (for example 2/3 sets of sheets per bed and 5/6 towels per person are used for a 3 night stay).
EXCESSIVE DIRT - If carpets, floors, or furniture are excessively dirty (including pet hair).
TRASH - must be deposited at the dumpster at our office parking lot (key for lock on your key ring).
BATH TUBS - A cleaning fee will be charged if the tub needs cleaned for use, reasons other than bathing ( for example: if they were used for cleaning sports equipment such as a bicycle.)
EXTRA PEOPLE - There will be additional charges for any extra people not booked through the reservation.

Check In: Come by our office for a key and directions(map) to your home. If it is after hours, in the GOLD mail box on the front porch rail of the office will be an envelope with your name. In the envelope will be keys, a map to your home and general information. If there is a problem at the home, please let us know immediately upon check in.

Check Out: You can either leave the keys in the home, in the gold mail box on the office porch, or if the office is open, come on in, say hi and leave your keys.

Children: Children no matter what the age are considered a person staying in the home. They will be charged as an additional person.

Pets: Most homes do not allow pets, the few that do are listed on the room amenities. Dogs only. You must declare it at time of reservation. NO CATS ALLOWED!
