All rentals are within a short walk of Eddyline Restaurant and Brewery, the Buena Vista River Park with its extensive river trail network, three brand new climbing boulders open for free public use, extensive park space and 100,000 acres of public land just across the river.

Policies
Deposit:
South Main Vacation Rentals requires a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Deposit can
be paid by credit card, check, travelers check, money order or cash. The remaining 50% is
due upon arrival.
There is a damage deposit of $500.00. Damage deposits must be paid by a credit card hold.
Renter is responsible for any damages in excess of the damage deposit amount.

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
If you will be arriving after 5:00 PM, you will need to notify the office in advance to make
after-hours check-in arrangements. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon
request.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in homes, unless they are listed as ‘pet friendly'. In pet-friendly homes,
there will be a refundable $100 pet deposit. Any renter who brings a pet into a non-pet home
will be charged a $250 cleaning fee due to the need for maintaining allergen-free homes.
