An eco-friendly festival featuring contests, cowboy poetry and ghost stories, aquatic center activities, tours at the Observatory, Snowman making in Bond Park, a scavenger hunt, chili cookoff, horse and carriage rides, private photo tours and a snowman decorating contest. All combined with an EarthFest celebration.
